Where's the option for 0 stars?? Actually, I would give one star for the lady at the window. Other than that, this place is a SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COST (pun intended)!! The city used them to tow my car after an accident that happened "maybe" 2 miles from the tow yard ($228). When I called to find out the cost of storage I was told $33/day. Then the guy said "Oh no, it's electric. That's $100/day. We have to store it somewhere else because it may catch on fire. Like Tesla's catch on fire". I would LOVE to see this state-of-the-art fire resistant facility they have allocated specifically for the storage of electric vehicles because it looked like they pulled it out of the same raggedy tow yard to me! We have our own tow truck for personal use so they wouldn't let us go in the gate without a DOT number. Okay, fine. Now they say that the vehicle won't turn on so that they can't drive it out of the gate. We'll, why would it?? You don't have the key. I have it because I was taken from the scene in an ambulance prior to the tow truck getting there. Now they say that if we pay them $88 dollars, they will tow the car from one side of the gate to the other. Unbelievable racket.

I live in FL was involved in a wreck and my vehicle was towed here not by choice. Since then the company does not want to work with me in anyway! I e talked to several employees or tried to but nobody wants to talk to me about my vehicle unless its a reason i cant do something to resolve this….Its clear the entire goal is rack as much bill as they can in their short period of time they allow you to recover and then seize your vehicle through the court system now bonding you to these fees while they still obtain the vehicle. The problem is even with me on the day of the incident offering them the title to cover to tow bill they were uninterested in the simplicity of that….at this point i see the scam operation in action so i say hey ill tow it out of here but no you cannot tow with any personal trailer from their yard and me living so far away i have nowhere to pay them another fee to tow it to! Nobody there is willing to help me figure out a resolution in anyway whatsoever its a very predatory towing company that is completely taking advantage of me in the situation when i was never given a option from the beginning of this process. My next step is an attorney but not because of any type of vehicle damage caused strictly because of the scam operation your company has ran on me with refusal to help me resolve this and keep in mind all directly after a wreck!

This business needs to be shut down. Prior to my vehicle getting towed here there were no problems or notifications on the dashboard saying there were any issues. Once I came to get my vehicle back there were several lights on my dashboard indicating issues. Someone from this business also stole money and two bottles of cologne out of my vehicle. Why are you all looking around for something to take?! Everyone that works here is rude and needs to be trained in customer service. This place has zero good reviews for a reason, keep your cars away from this low budget establishment.
