They were quick to the rescue (less then an hour) & the price was more than fair. Using anyone else in the same area is not rational, in my opinion.

I can say Mr. Morris will work with you about the time and if you need to work around something you may have going on to cause a non business hour situation. He is also very down to earth and friendly. However he is gonna listen to what is suggested by county department and that's not always "the due process " of things or so I have experienced. Given he was doing only as he was told however hind site I now see the legal process of it was not full filled on the county's part which in turn ultimately prevented Morris from doing so as well.

Morris Wrecker service was dispatched by Honk to a tow for a client who called in for road side service. The client waited 5 hours. The client was located at 1010 N Main St Palestine, AR. Because the client did not answer his phone (which lack of battery was not considered) the dispatcher or driver canceled the order for road side assistance. While my client felt like he was going to get help, it did not come for 5 hours. It is not like that address is out in the middle of no where. I am just saddened how this happened, that a client was left waiting 5 hours, and in our day and time a plan b if a client is not able to answer a phone is not in place. I am not saying anything about the owners, the drivers or how things may normally be, but this situation was just not acceptable, even if it is a one-off.
