I just want to say that these are the most unkind and terrible people I've ever had dealings with they chart towed, my friend's car not even very far. And they charged her over $500, and then 10 minutes after the thing they would not even they want to charge her another day. When they live next door they are horrible people uncaring, do not ever use them. They charge 3 times as much as anybody.

I just arrived to Hot Springs, Arkansas from a road trip in my Ram Promaster Cargo Van and I needed my brakes replaced as well as a taillight fixed. I chose Lester’s to do the job and I was more than pleased! Their customer service was exceptional they communicated with me before doing any work to make sure it was what I wanted. The prices are very reasonable I never felt like I was being ripped off, most auto shops I feel that way but not here. They are honest, get the job done quickly and care about their customers. I will definitely be coming back to get my van worked on when it needs it. Highly recommend!

As a young woman I get taken advantage of a lot by greedy car repair people. I came in with my car making horrible noises and scared. I could’ve been easily taken advantage of because I was scared and willing to pay whatever to make my car safe to drive with my baby girl in the back seat. Instead they saw that all it needed was oil, fixed me up, I paid less than $100, and I was sent along my way. I am so thankful for the kind people at Lester’s! I will be highly recommending them to all of my friends and family
