We are on vacation from out of state. We hit a rather large pothole and it partially tore the dust cover off the bottom of our engine. My husband called Parks Automotive and Mr. Parks said, "No problem, bring it on in." We were in and out of there in about 10 minutes. They put the car up on the rack, reattached the cover and were done in a flash. Mr. Parks is honest, efficient and his customer service is amazing. I would highly recommend this business to everyone, no matter what the issue. I'd give them 100 stars if I could! ?????

Again, we used Parks Automotive and Mr. Alan Parks and his business fixed my new vehicle. New brakes, struts, pads n rotors. They did an awesome job, great prices, and you can always trust their work. This is the second vehicle they have done an amazing job fixing for me, and both have been running great and safe for my family to be in. I would definitely give him 5 stars for sure and would and have recommended to family, friends, and anyone needing work done by trusted people. Service was exceptional Thanks again????

On a trip and started having Air-conditioning problems. It was at closing time pulled in and told him about the problem.He pulled in the truck and checked AC unit found the problem. Fifteen minutes and I was ready to go. I feel that the repair price was very reasonable especially since it was actually after hours. Did a great job!!!
