Went and had a flat repaired. Not only did they gouge my rim severely all the way around it, they knew about it and didn’t bother to tell me. It was right after I left that I noticed it. I went back and they refused to take responsibility until the guy that changed the tire said “yes, the machine had been doing this and I’ve told them several times about it and they haven’t done anything to fix it”. Then they went on to order me a used rim (that also had scratches on it). They called me telling me that it was ready and I instructed the manager that I would make ot when I had a chance because I was traveling a lot. I also called and spoke to the guy behind the counter multiple times to inform him that I would be up to get it in a couple weeks as I was out of town working. When I make it up there, the manager says, “ I sent the rim back because we only had so long”. Complete garbage attitude about it all when I was being extremely nice about their mistakes. They are overpriced on literally everything and every service. Will definitely never be back and I advise everyone to avoid them altogether. Go to Pine Bluff or Fordyce to get parts and service. It’ll save you money and stress.

Well I’m not from here, but I am here temporarily for business. I decided to get an oil change and tires rotated, so I called ahead and asked if there was a wait and they said no. They took my car back immediately...two hours later I have my car and they say it’s gonna cost 85 dollars. I’m sorry, but that’s insane! I get local shops will cost more, which I’m happy to go local, but not to pay that amount or wait that long. Plus if it’s gonna cost that much please tell the customer the inflation that your charging before hand. That was a 25min job that should’ve cost 55 at the most, will not be back.
