I was extremely pleased with my experience at Don's. I was told by my dealership I needed front and rear breaks and I thought the price was very high. I went to Don's for an estimate. Don said the best way to get an estimate was to schedule an appointment to have them test drive my truck and then look at each wheel to see what was needed. I thought that was an excellent idea so I set an appointment for the next morning. After the inspection, I found I only needed rear brakes the front brakes were fine. They were able to take my truck right in so they drove me home and when the job was done they came back and picked me up. The cost to get just the rear brakes done was well under 1/2 what the dealership wanted to charge me. Needless to say I was very pleased. I was treated with respect, courtesy and everyone was very friendly. And to top it off there was a 3 year warranty. I couldn't be happier.
