They no longer accept glass, so be sure whatever you purchase from Joe's package store adjoined to it is accepted other places. They have rules in a huge poster, you would have to be hard of sight to see it--yet, it's a free-for-all there as the workers there are under a work program and aren't great with people. That's fine, but then you need someone in management who can keep the line moving. Too many arguments too among the general public due to lack of oversight and next to no clear communication in following their own posted rules on the wall. Their hours aren't good either.

The hours are terrible. They have recently cut back hours so unless you dont work or take a day off good luck getting here from 11 to 4. Workers are rude, head guy had tons of remarks about type of cans and bottles. One of my boxes wasn't original so I had to take those with me. Place really went down hill and honestly not sure why they bother keeping it open. Plenty of better choices in town.

Got to the an hour before opening. Once inside we went to the counting machine to begin. It turns out someone cleaned the machine and broke it. It would only count a few can and then none . After 45 minutes of 3 different people trying to fix it I left. This is not the first time I’ve had problems here. Went to South Windsor and flew right thru
