My car wouldn’t start one morning and after getting a jump (3 different times) I walked into RJ’s shop frustrated after spending an entire morning trying to find someone to fix my car. I kept getting the same answer from the dealership and all the other places I called— it would be at least a week and maybe two before they could even look at it. I was greeted by the very friendly owner (Bob) who apologetically said he was in the middle of replacing someone’s transmission and wouldn’t be able to diagnose the problem until the next day. He and his son are a two man operation. He very graciously offered a ride home. And when he called me the next morning he confirmed what we believed was wrong. He said he and his son stayed late the night before and got it fixed and I could come pick it up. Fortunately this was the first issue I’ve ever had with my car and hopefully the last for a good while, but friendliness, great customer service and a job well done have ensured I’ll be a return customer the next time I need a mechanic.

could not be happier. Have a old work truck that the transmission went on. They were able to replace with a used transmission. Truck is back in service. Great price, timing and communication. Been doing my work trucks for years and always a good experience.
