Eric, the owner, is the most upstanding person I’ve ever done repairs with. I had a seemingly light hit that ended up having way more internal damage than we originally noticed. I contacted him before my insurance and he expertly led me through what my insurance would need and how we would handle the claim with the adjuster. From the very start, I knew I was in good hands. Despite uncovering further damage, he actually got the car back to me well ahead of when we were leaving the state to relocate. His shop is solid, the work is amazing and as a person he’s just a good guy. Can’t begin to express my gratitude enough. The end result from the replacements, repairs and repainting is totally unnoticeable, just back to how it was before the accident.

When it comes to work done at a Body Shop, the final result can only be considered truly satisfactory when the owner’s aesthetic expectations align perfectly with the shop’s workmanship. Having visited numerous body shops for both minor and major repairs, I can confidently say I now understand why this particular shop has the best reputation in all of Bergen County. Most shops rarely take the time to thoroughly examine and assist with chain reactions of malfunctions or cause-and-effect issues that may arise beyond their immediate scope of work. But here, Eric and his team members consistently go above and beyond, delivering a level of service that exceeds customer expectations. My car, which features a special factory color no longer in production, had accumulated stone chips and various scratches over years of driving. Yet, this shop achieved flawless color matching and a perfect paint finish, making a 5-star rating feel well-deserved. At first glance, given the shop’s modest size and location, one might doubt such quality could be produced here. However, Eric and his team prove themselves to be true professionals who dedicate themselves tirelessly, even on weekends. Unlike many shops that rely on heavy filler and hasty paint jobs just to patch up the exterior, this team genuinely understands cars and focuses only on what is truly needed at a very fair price. Finding such dedication and honesty in today’s world is rare. I sincerely wish this business continued success and growth.

I recently had my 2004 Lexus GX 470 serviced at K2 auto body and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They repainted my front bumper and plastic fender flares, and installed new headlights and fog lights. The quality of their work is outstanding! The paint matches perfectly with the existing body panels, which can be tricky on an older vehicle like mine, but they absolutely nailed it. This is the second time I’ve used this shop, and the experience was just as great as the first. The owner, Eric, is fantastic to work with—quick to respond, highly professional, and transparent about pricing.
