The person that helped me out was very patient and helpful. And they also helped me get the large boxes into my car and help me fit it in there even though my car was small. I really appreciated the help and the knowledge that they have.

Be aware of the fraud! The person weighing the package will put their hand on the scale to increase the weight. They gave me a receipt for a small package that said 4lbs when the item was 7.5oz. I went back, took a photo of the package on the scale and had them reprint a receipt and the package magically got lighter and became 7.5oz. Since my package is 2nd day air, the additional 4lbs would have resulted in $200+ of additional postage. I dropped off a correctly weight package here before and got hit with a 35lb adjustment and because I didn't have a receipt with weight on it, (didn't get weighed so the receipt said 0), I wasn't able to prove the error/ malpractice.

I dropped off a return at this location and the package was misplaced. The tracking never updated, even though I had proof I left it with them. When I came back to ask about it, the staff were dismissive and acted like it wasn’t their problem. One employee was outright rude when I asked to speak with a manager, making me feel like I was being a nuisance instead of a paying customer. Because of their mistake, I spent weeks chasing down my return and nearly lost the refund. The whole point of using a drop-off location is for peace of mind, and this store gave me the exact opposite. I won’t be trusting them with important packages again
