No comment....it has a lot of security, reminds me of state prison facilities to be honest, not as much razor wire, I assume to keep all the workers safe, from what I am not sure, but it seems as though everyone is a hard worker and good decent people who work their. I hope Amazon pays them well enough to be able to live to a comfort life, at least more then to get by.

The incompetence of the driver, delivering my orders to the wrong address 3 times is unacceptable. I was supposed to receive a call back in from the warehouse for the past 7 days. No call , no follow up! I have emailed the CEO office and I really hope this warehouse manager is reprimanded for not following up or correcting this driver for multiple mistakes with packages !!!

Started getting deliveries from Wallingford instead of Orange about 2 weeks ago and there is no dependability or consistency anymore. Does no one at this distribution center know what they are doing? And of course there is no way to call them directly and complain. Packages that leave this facility should NEVER take 9 - 10 hours to deliver to a town 20 minutes away. They also lie and claim "customer refused delivery" when they screw up the delivery.
