If i could give a 0 thats what they deserve my car was tow by them. i didn't have the money for it as im going thru hard times, but i asked my husband to get my stuff as i need my medication that is inside and i have all my kids clothes in there as i was supposed to go wash and was told i cant get nothing from inside unless i pay for the tow now your holding my medicine and my stuff because i wont pay for the tow when i still have to pay to get my car back but in the time i needed my medication that should be illegal and definitely thiefs with no customer services at all wont let you talk get mad at simple questions you try ask, i called numerous times during this month i was told by the very rude guy that answer that was not their problem as they would have been out of a 1000 for keeping my car there all month, wish is not my fault they cant sale it by law for 30 days. Which was another problem because he said i had by law only 14 days before my car get junk. So they will sale it to the junk yard but are so petty and evil that will prefer for my kids to lose all their clothes, car seats and belongings for a tow feed they will get when selling the car. I place a complaint witn the BBB which they didn't even responded back to us. I always wish nothing but the best for everyone but honestly people like this with nasty attitude to someone as kind as me is disgusting and unacceptable. This year has been very hard for my kids and myself and this didn't not help at all all we had was in that car. But thank you for your service. And the headache just to get my personal belongings you guys prefer to junk out of bad spirit.

So let me explain to everyone how this company operates… I was towed this morning due to a parking ban. Okay. Nelsons was the company who towed my vehicle. I came to their establishment at 9:23am, door is locked, with a sign on the door that says Office hours Monday through Friday 9 AM - 4 PM. I rang the bell, No Answer. Called the phone number and person said someone should be back here shortly. It is now 10:24 AM and STILL, no one is here. Since then, I’ve called 4 more times, being told the same thing each time, “someone will be there shortly.” I mean really?!! So my car is now being held hostage pretty much because I CAN pay for it and still CAN’T get it out of towing. This is absolutely insane! Some America we live in… Good customer service is certainly a thing of the past!
