The Danbury Police Department are completely corrupt and they arrested me and called Boston Garage to tow my rented minivan full of expensive stuff. The car could have just been left where it was. Boston Garage stole a whole bunch of things out of my car, and I have pictures of the things in there at their lot! Boston Garage pretty much never answers their phone. I recommend never coming to Danbury, CT gor any reason. It is about the worst place on planet earth.

Danbury Police department were directing traffic around a construction area and instructed our truck to drive off the pavement. Our truck bottomed out and got stuck. The Police department called their "preferred" tow company, Boston Garage. We were not allowed to call anyone else. We were charged $957 for less than an hour's work. Had to pay cash or Comcheck on the spot or they were going to tow us back to their shop ("it's the law" they told us).

Absolute CROOKS. If you can, avoid going to them at all costs - literally, go anywhere else. You'll end up with nothing but headaches, and an owner who is unresponsive and lazy at best and rude and nasty at worse, and the most insane, over-inflated prices in the area. I'm not sure what the rest of the spineless idiots who work in the shop actually do, since the owners appears to simply make up prices at his whim. They also neglect to provide you will an actual, itemized bill and instead expect you to pay based on some sort of verbal agreement. DO NOT USE BOSTON GARAGE.
