Kensington Auto in Berlin has absolutely earned all five stars! My Chevy Tahoe was continuously breaking down, and as our main family vehicle, it was so stressful. They knew how important it was for me to have a safe, reliable car to drive my kids around, and they were determined to figure out the real issue. Even after having to get it towed back to the shop three different times, they never gave up, never brushed me off, and kept working until they fully solved the problem. Their patience, persistence, and genuine care meant everything. We feel so blessed and incredibly grateful to have it fixed, especially right before the holidays. Thank you, Kensington Auto, for going above and beyond for our family!

I took my car to this local auto repair shop for what should have been a simple brake job, and it turned into a nightmare. Not only did they forget to install the brake hardware entirely, but the parts they did put on were installed backwards, creating a serious safety hazard. When I brought the issue to their attention, the staff were dismissive and rude, acting as if the problem was somehow my fault rather than a result of their carelessness. Between the sloppy, dangerous work and the awful customer service, it was easily one of the worst repair experiences I’ve ever had. Had to have another shop fix the issue which was more money out of my pocket but at least it’s fixed. I would never recommend this shop to anyone!

Lenny and his team are always so friendly and professional. It’s clear that their main objective is safety. I have been bringing my vehicle to Kensington Auto for a few years now. Their prices are reasonable, they are honest- which is hard to come by in the auto repair world, and they do quality work on the cars that they repair and service. Jen is so knowledgeable, friendly and always ready to help. I will continue to go to Kensington Auto- they treat you like family!
