Super easy to work with, I highly recommend them! I had a flat tire (needed my valve stem replaced). and these guys were able to fit me in the same day. The whole process was seamless. The staff made what could have been a big headache into a small hiccup. I'll definitely be going back next time I need car work done.

Warm welcome as soon as I walked in the door. I was very apprehensive when i walked in the door as I was quoted by a dealership yesterday that to change a front light bulb in my car would be close to $600.00 (2.5 hours of labor at $199.00 an hour plus the light bulb etc.. I did not divulge that info and when i asked the owner of Monro Muffler he said it would cost $39.50 and he could do it right away, which took him all of 5 mins. That is when i divulged to him the quote I got yesterday. So this will be my new place for service for my car. I am beyond grateful for their honesty, kindness and speed of taking care of me.
