They arrived when they said they were going to, their communication was fantastic, and they charged less than I was quoted from other services who weren’t half as good. I have been going to Franks for years and they go above and beyound to provide excellent service. They will fit you in as soon as possible, give you a good quote, and provide quality service. If you need additional help after repair, they will call you back quickly. Gary, their mechanic, is honest and fair with his quotes and does and excellent job. My most recent job needed was after a deer ran into my car during a morning road trip. The side fenders was demolished, but I had to get the inside checked for damage. Gary did an excellent thorough job checking the car and realigned the fender. Frank's is not a body shop, so they could not remove the lumps and huge dents, but they made it look a lot better. Plus a cleaning improved it too. I would recommend Frank's as a regular mechanic shop

They towed my vehicle for the visitor parking lot. I tried to explain that i was dropping items off to a tenant. I am handicapped, the driver didn't want to hear me out i am 67 years old. I had to get an Uber and follow him back to the yard. I had to pay them $225.00. It takes me a 2 weeks to make that much. I am not trying to excuse where I park. But please be more considerate for us senior citizens.
