I have to start off by saying I’m 44 years old and have NEVER left a review on a company, good or bad. My radiator cracked, car smoking and dead car in the middle of winter. Needed to get my car towed to my mechanic from Vernon to East Hampton. Called 10, yes 10 towing companies from 5-8pm, still in the cold in my dead car……. and no one could help! I called Charlie’s, in Manchester and spoke to Dan. He explained that he had a car rolled over that he had to Flip over and tow first before he could come to me. Called me back and told me it was going to be about an hour to see if I can find somebody that could come sooner. After calling 10 towing companies and nobody could help. I called Dan back. Without hesitation told me that he could get a driver out there within a half hour. Exactly a half hour later. If not a few minutes earlier, Steve showed up. Very pleasant, very professional took all about five minutes after paperwork and payment and car was hooked up and towed. I just felt that this needed a review for great customer service. Would definitely use them again in the future and refer to friends and family. Appreciate Dan & Steve!!!!
