Thank you very much Nate and team for the excellent service on my flat tire today. I had been experiencing a tire air leak for some time and there had been prior attempts to other shops to fix it. However, today I found myself with a flat tire again amid an Extreme Cold weather. I called the Firestone CAC and the team were able to accommodate my issue and they also located exactly where the issue was coming from, leading to a very successful resolution.
