Erik helped me diagnose a misfiring cylinder when i was up at jay peak in Vermont, and walked me through the steps to replace the spark plugs and coil over face-time so i could drive home safely and not get stranded. He checked in a few times and was available to answer my questions and offer advice as i navigated the field repair. it was great that Erik had my back even though i was hours away and out of state.

Eric was very helpful when my tire got a rock in it. He took care of me even though it was late in the day when other shops are closed. His prices were extremely reasonable, I was pleasantly surprised by how fair he was. I highly recommend this shop to others.
