Diane and Lisa are wonderful at the office desks and Jimmy performed a thorough investigation of the car problems I presented and then explained it to me with great detail. Brought the Rogue in for a noise. It is good that we found brakes and the serpentine belt needed work but never fixed what it was sent into fix. Have to bring it back to the shop to fix it again. The technician heard the sound quickly when I went for a drive with him. Not sure why the original technician did not hear it
