⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Exceptional Experience at Mill Street Auto – Vernon, CT Although I haven’t purchased a vehicle yet, the experience I’ve had with Scott at Mill Street Auto has been so outstanding that it deserves a review on its own. From our first phone call to the in-person visit and test drive, Scott showed a level of honesty, respect, and genuine customer care that is incredibly rare in today’s used-car market. From the start, Scott was accommodating and flexible with my difficult schedule—something I deeply appreciated while managing a family member’s health issues. He never used any high-pressure tactics or the typical “used car salesman” approach. Instead, he was patient, straightforward, and willing to work around my needs. When I arrived at the dealership, I was pleasantly surprised to see him chatting with people from the neighborhood like old friends. Even though the car they wanted had sold the day before, Scott was honest, apologetic, and genuinely interested in helping them find the right fit—even if it wasn’t something currently on the lot. It’s clear that people come back because of how they’re treated. Overall, Scott and Mill Street Auto have shown professionalism, integrity, and a level of customer care that stands out in every way.
