I am a new customer to USA and had some issues with my billing ( all my errors) and from the 1st contact this am with personal that answered the call to the email I received within 30 minutes everything was resolved & explained to me before lunch. After checking with BOA it was then discovered it was I who made the error in editing my pay too contact. Special Thank you to Cheryl H in Collections who went above & beyond to assist. I have been using USA waste for over 10 years for my business. I use them for rolloff dumpsters on job sites and for two dumpsters at my business. The driver who would pick up my Trash dumpster kept breaking my lock every week and then people would start throwing their own garbage into my dumpster. I’ve repeatedly asked my rep to please fix this problem, He did not. What he did do is ignore my voice messages and text messages. Four weeks ago, I asked them remove the dumpster, Because I was sick and tired of paying for other peoples trash going into my dumpster. They ignored me and they are trying to bill me for the last month. Avoid these guys at all costs.
