I have to take a minute to share a review about Mitchell Volkswagen in Simsbury, Connecticut It is by far one of the best car experiences I have ever had . Elle was amazing! She took me for a test drive in the vehicle that I was interested in , we drove around with a no pressure experience her explaining all the perks the vehicle had to offer. I decided this was the vehicle for me . Upon picking up the vehicle I pulled up and there was a huge red bow on the vehicle and I didn’t even buy a brand New! That touch made me feel so special then Elle proceeded to Show me all the technical stuff inside the vehicle how to download the my Volkswagen app how to use it ! 5 stars all the way around ! A shout out to Jeremy too who made sure it was a seamless process!
