Possibly the worst automatic car wash that I have ever had. Purchased the $15 top-of-the-line wash. After exiting, my car had numerous silver dollar size areas of dirt on the hood, roof, and trunk lid. Parked the car and spent 20 minutes hand cleaning the exterior. Will never go there again. Another reviewer said that the wash was a joke. Couldn’t agree more! A total waste!

This place is a joke. I bought in my car for a wash from having my auto serviced at Mitchell Volkswagen. I drove my car in as instructed and nothing happened. No soap , no moving brushes. I came to the end door and waited. For five minutes nothing happened. I blew my horn for three minutes, no response. I got out of my car very cautiously and went in a door and spoke with a very friendly detailer. She got on the phone and spoke with someone who had me turn around and start the whole process again. That time it worked. Seems like a lot of hassle for a simple car wash. I doubt very much I’ll ever go back to this facility.

Friendly staff and fast service. They always make sure to give the rear of the car a good spray and scrub to make sure nothing is missed in the car wash. Can't beat the price!
