Don’t use this company. Raised my rate 3 times in a year and a half and then said overhead costs increased so they had to pass it on to the customers! Sometime after that Rocco Carting came to my town and offered 3 months free to switch. I did and it was the best thing I ever did! So I called USA to let them know and then they offered me 3 months free if I went back! I then asked what happened to your overhead costs? Plus if I forget to bring my containers to the end of my driveway on trash day, the pickup guys for Rocco will actually go get it! They’re awesome’. The lazy workers at USA would never dream of doing that! Don’t use them period as I know they are trying to monopolize that industry too by buying out competitors!

I sent an email at 8:30 pm on a Sunday night regarding my account and hoped to get a response back the next day. I was shocked when I received a response to my question within ten minutes!! That is quality customer service at it’s best!
