If I could do negative it would be . After my son's wreck state called these snakes. To come out because the state called them was $266.00 they then charged an additional $ 234. 00 to get a vehicle out from around a tree and towed 20 mins to my home. They pry on the victim and your situation . We were left with no choice last night , because when the state calls them in sc you have to use the company. I have since reported the fees to the state police and the BBB. We were taken advantage of in a bad situation with our son . This was a husband and wife team who saw parents and decided it was a pay day if you have choice DO NOT use the company. They have been reported to the proper authority in hopes they are taken off the call list for wrecks

They stole my car talking about the police sent them out but no one has a police report or record they work with south Fulton police so don't even try to call them. My keys riding around in his truck

The reviews say different, but our experience wasn't that bad. We arrived 30 minutes after opening on a Saturday...pretty empty. It went pretty smooth. I just had to leave and come back because I wrote "Gary's" and not "Gray's" on the MO...??‍♀️??
