BL is top tier. I don't think he has ever met a stranger. Great customer service and very knowledgeable about his craft and cars. Had my truck towed from a crowded parking lot, it wasn't shifting into gear and he knew what to do to get the job done. He was very responsive and communicated throughout the whole process. Pricing is also reasonable, as my tow was over an hour away. I definitely recommend if you need a tow in area. Great guy and business. A life saver! Thanks again BL ?.

Amazing experience with BL Burnett Towing & Recovery! I called them after I wasn’t able to avoid the debris from a huge blown out tire and collided with it on I-85. Barely made it to a gas station off the exit before my car gave up. I’m so grateful to have found them and now they have a forever customer. They were so immensely kind from the moment I first called. Even made sure I was at a safe location. They made their way to me so quickly even though it happened during the afternoon rush hour traffic. The towing process was so painless and they made me feel so much better about the whole situation. Price was very reasonable too. Go ahead and save their phone number because everyone needs a reliable towing company that’s there when these types of things happen.
