Greg was amazing he had a great conversation with me and even drove slow with my 1985 k10. When he got to my house, he offered to pull the truck in himself to help me out without damaging it. Which I said yes and he pulled in it perfectly and even helped me push it a couple of feet back.

Greg was exceptional-professional, kind, and consistently positive throughout the entire process. I have been dealing with ongoing car issues for several months, which has required repeated towing and the challenge of positioning the vehicle on a small slanted hill to return it to the garage. This is not an easy task, and others have expressed frustration with it; however, Greg never complained. Even after I expressed my appreciation for getting the car up the hill, he continued working until it was positioned perfectly to one side, allowing us to still use the other side of the garage. I truly appreciate his patience, effort, and dedication.

Michael Freeman: Where do I even begin? I felt so disheartened having my son sit in his car stranded for nearly an entire day with so many cars passing him by. My prayers were answered when Mike of Dixie towing answered that phone and took the job to tow my son off the highway to safety the next morning. He went above & beyond by making sure to give him enough power to close his window. While it may not seem like much to some, being over 900 miles away from her kid, it meant the world to me. I will always be thankful and grateful.
