The pre-paid roadside assistance couldn’t get to me for almost 3 hrs. Totally unacceptable. Ingram Towing was there in 30 minutes and in the shop within the hour. Unfortunately I did not catch the driver’s name (short term memory going so what can I say) but he did an excellent job. Very courteous and professional. Hope not to have to have to tow my vehicle again in the near future but if I do, these are the guys I’m calling.

She took the time to give me as much information as she could, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood the process. She was patient, kind, and truly compassionate — which meant so much to me in that moment. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares and treats you with respect during a difficult situation, but Brandy absolutely did.
