Gerald Thompson is one of the nicest, most genuine people I know. To say that he is friendly and honest is an understatement. He and his team go above and beyond what I would expect from customer service. I have never had a complaint about the work that I have had done at this shop, and since all of my cars are 100,000 miles plus, I usually have to go see him a couple of times per year for something. I have been using Thompson Automotive for YEARS, and would have gone somewhere else a long time ago if I had not been satisfied with their work, or felt like I was being treated in a dishonest manner.

Wow. Was to do some work on a crate motor for my father. Broke the fan shroud, didn't screw it down. Literally did not put a gasket on the water pump causing major issues that could have been catastrophic. He just wanted a good mechanic to save him time but instead we're spending hours fixing things and hoping we don't discover more issues. RSV is not a gasket for a water pump. Pics included. Only have pic of repaired pump
