I had my car towed by the Thomas and sons towing company a few weeks back and whenever I went and picked up my car from the shop my spoiler was gone. I immediately called the police and did a report. The shop that I had it towed to Barnes tires refused to show me and the police their video footage. They said that the guy that knows how to work the cameras was gone for the day. The next day when I went back first thing in the morning they said the video footage was deleted after 14 days. They blamed thomas and sons and Thomas and sons blamed them. We came to an agreement for the shop to pay half and the tow truck driver to pay half. After I went and got the estimate and was ready for my car to get fixed neither one of them would pay. This is the most horrible customer service I have ever received in my life. I spent days on the phone with each of them pleading with them to please make this right. Neither one of them would. Again the most horrible customer service I have ever received in my life. I do not recommend this tow company to anyone! They do not take pictures of your car before they put it on the truck and they dang sure will not pay for any damages that are done to it while it's getting towed.

Mr Thomas and his son’s customer service surpasses any expectation I had. They are some of the friendliest people you will ever meet. Their prices are fair and they go above and beyond to make sure their customer is happy. I have a new found respect for this business and highly recommend their services. I will definitely use them again in the future. I pray God blesses their family and business abundantly.
