Called 18hrs b4 i needed my car towed to the salvage yard. Gave them a 4hr window for the next day. And they didnt even call with an apology or even tell me they couldn't make it before noon to the scrapyard. I had to call and ask at 11:25am. I told her yesterday the scrapyard closes @ noon on saturday and it needed to be there before then. You think they would know this already since their office is literally across the street from the scrapyard.

Never used their service and never will. Had one of their drivers on 10 /17/18 around 7:15 am cut me off repeatedly while driving their huge wrecker like it was a sports car dipping in and out of traffic on 85 South. The most irresponsible driving I have seen in a long time of a vehicle that large. If they employ drivers that care so little of the safety of not only themselves but of other drivers on the road I shudder to think of the concern and handling that they have while towing a customer's vehicle. There are too many wrecker services to choose one that has bad drivers.

I've used this company several times but never again. My 17 yr old son had an electrical fire in his car and called me to ask who he should use to get it towed. He was frazzled and didn't know where he was exactly so the officer told him that he would call it in for him. So the bill went from $75 to $150 just because the cop is the one that made the call and not my son. When I called to ask about why it doubled and had mentioned that have used them several times before I was blown off. I was rudely told that she has never heard of me and that I must be lying about using them before and that she didn't care about loosing my business in the future.
