They took my van when it was broke down with a starter, cost 450.00 $ to get it out of there. Paid them to bring it to a fix it shop. Said it would be delivered that afternoon. It wasn't, no call, wouldn't take my call, to see where it was, and why it wasn't delivered that tuesday, like said. Thursday it was delivered with a big dent in the back door, wouldn't take responsibility for it nor show me the pics of it when they delivered it. Told me to get a lawyer. Horrible business operations at Simpson Towing!!!!!

Look no further!!!! I would give 10 stars if I could. I’ve never had a good experience dealing with a tow or recovery company until I dealt with Simpson. They didn’t tow anything of mine or even know me from a hole in the wall. But I spoke to them on accident looking for my vehicle that was towed off of a dealerships lot Where it was sitting to be repaired. Well after battling with the dealership for over a month involving lawyers and the Better Business Bureau, I was denied. An engine replacement. And to top it off, the dealership had my vehicle towed without my knowledge and impounded By a different tow company. Which I didn’t find out until 16 days later. I get in touch with them. They tell me it’s going to be Over $800 to retrieve my vehicle. which I didn’t have. I said so what happens now!?? So the lady says well, then we are going to file for an abandoned title put it up for auction sell it and keep the money and if I wanted any of my personal belongings, they were going to charge me another hundred dollars to do that. So I accidentally called Simpson they tell me they don’t have my vehicle and I start to explain to them the situation. The owner immediately tells me something doesn’t sound right He told me to give him a little time Let him look into it. Then Contacted the department of safety filled out a paper on my behalf Two weeks later later, I get a phone From the department of safety Telling me to go get my truck do not pay them a dime. Just let them know when I’m going to get it and they will inform the tow company. They went wayyyyy above and beyond for me and for that I am forever grateful. If every company treated people this way. The world would be a better place. I absolutely recommend Simpson. From my heart Thank u guys!!!!!
