Outstanding service! Hudson and Maranda were very helpful in getting our Ford Expedition rolling safely again within 24 hours. In addition to the great service, they have a software that sends out vehicle inspections via text, estimates and invoices that you can pay virtually as well. Very efficient business for a car repair shop. I was highly impressed. We will be coming back.

I had an excellent experience at Blue Ridge Automotive. John and the Hudson at the front were super welcoming, communicative, and professional. I went in for an oil change and they also performed a complimentary inspection, which I really appreciated. Everything was explained clearly and I never felt pressured. My 1st visit here for an oil change. I was able to schedule online. I was checked in by Hudson I believe. He gave me an estimate of how long it would take. The waiting area is very clean and cozy with a tv and coffee/hot cocoa. I did a drop off and waiting for correspondence but after several hours I called and they said it was ready. When I arrived I inquired about why I hadn’t gotten a message yet and it’s because they were still doing a write up for the full screening and additional recommendations for my vehicle. I appreciate them doing those extra things which the dealership did as well. Maranda explained everything and also sent me a follow up message a day or so later checking in. I’m glad to have found this place which is way cheaper than the dealership while still offering excellent service. Highly recommend. Update. Had some long overdue repairs. Hudson and John delivered amazing customer service, kept me updated on the repairs and cost and they stayed late in what felt like a hurricane so I could get my car back after hours. Thanks guys!
