I have been using AVW in Dallas since 2019 with no complaints. Did the original lift on my Ram, went back to upgrade some parts a few years after, and they just lifted my Tahoe.

AVW has been serving me since I found them in 2018.The staff is so amazing, very attentive to my needs. I want to give thanks to Craig, Woody and James and of course Lori for going above and beyond. My company purchased and had a camera installed back in March 2025. Everything seemed great on the outside until recently. I had an incident where I needed to retrieve footage from the camera, but it wasn't working as expected. I called to have someone look at it and was told they'll call me back with answers but never heard back. I finally stopped by and I spoke to Mr. Woody. He assured me that they would resolve the issue. However he informed me that they didn't have anyone in-house to work on the truck and would have to outsource it. I agreed to have my truck dropped off and kept overnight , but when i arrived the next morning to pick it up , nothing had been done to it. No phone call from the tech or company. Mr. Woody , a mechanic tried his best to fix the issue, but it remained unresolved. I also had a few phone calls with Mrs. Lori, who also promised to resolve the issue. The last time i spoke with them was on January 2. I've sense had to find another company to fix my issue so that my investment would be protected. As a business owner myself i feel that it is very important to have a clear line of commination between yourself and the people who support you.This company failed me in so many ways. I will not be back.
