I popped in unannounced and asked if I could get some help and the gentleman that greeted me said absolutely pull her over here. I've been taking my car there for years. Not only do they do great repair work they are also super honest. They over charged me one time and called me 6 months later to tell me that they were mailing me $600. Who does that? A person who is honest!!! The best auto repair shop in dallas, hiram, and all of paulding county!

They are honest, reliable, and it took them less than a day to diagnose/repair my brake booster. The customer service alone is worth 5 stars. Yesterday my car wouldn’t start, so I called JC’s auto and the owner just happened to be in the area and stopped by my work and got it running again in a few minutes. My only regret is living in this area for 10+ years and not finding this shop sooner!
