Everything was good and nice at the beginning. I asked to put the driveshaft back in and the lady over the phone said she will ask the driver for it. Few hours later the tow driver said he needs some liability waiver and the lady that does this waiver already went home... first of all - what kind of liability waiver is that? you guys took this driveshaft down, you are already liable for any damage done to the driveshaft/transmission during towing process... second - why you did not prepare everything in advance as i asked about it 3h prior the truck arrived to the destination? It is YOUR responsibility to ASK YOUR DRIVER regarding the waiver bill in advance, not WHEN 30MIN LEFT TILL CLOSURE AND YOUR WAIVER EMPLOYEE LEFT... and because of your poor time-management i had to pay extra 150$ for the shop to install it. I asked for a little discount as you guys messed up time wise but you declined and started asking for EFS rapidly or you impound the vehicle. That was not nice at all. You did not to solve your screw up. All you wanted is for me to solve your screw up and go home, your tone and manners describe it very well. I'm truly disappointed, i thought this was a really nice company to work with in future. I would like general manager to contact me to discuss about it if you even care about your customers at all, thank you

I'm highly recommending Seymour's towing from the time I talked to Kelly in the office to the time that Jesse brought me to my friend's vehicle that had passed away in the accident he helped me find his personal items and they were both very respectful and super nice. Another thing Jesse found my friend's wallet which still had his credit cards and money in it. To me it shows an honest company and awesome integrity. Thank you both for making this bad experience into something very memorable for me by your compassion.
