On Sunday morning 9-7-25 I locked my keys in my vehicle. Called around looking for someone that could provide a lock-out service. This company claimed they could do the job and gave a 25 minute response time. When the guy showed up in a beat up Ford Explorer something told me this is not going to end well. The guy tweaked my door and used a reach tool without a protective cap on the end to not scratch the interior of the vehicle, could not or would provide a receipt for service. When I questioned the tweaking of the door he became very hostile and aggressive. When he left he was driving very aggressively spinning his tires. I called the company number the next morning and the person that answered the phone was dismissive about the receipt by saying we are working on your receipt. This is by far the most unprofessional interaction I've ever had with a towing company. I would highly recommend avoiding doing business this company at all costs.

I called at 11:09PM on a Saturday night because my car had gotten a flat tire. The worker came expeditiously and worked fast on putting on the spare. I thanked him so much for helping so late at night. Props for the real ones!
