I had a refrigerant leak and my AC needed to be recharged and the leak needed to be found. Avi was very professional and friendly, as was everyone else who worked on my car. They gave me a great deal and were very efficient so I could get back on the road quickly. Great service here, I highly recommend!

I called prior to going. Was told to come after 4:30 and they closed at 6. Arrived at 5 to be told they couldn't see me and were leaving for the day. Previous owner, David Darnell, would have NEVER treated his customers this way! Very poor customer service! EDIT: Avi, you could help by communicating to your staff that you had a customer coming in to have their car looked at. I specifically asked if I needed an appointment and you said no. By calling ahead, I don't consider that a drop in. You knew in advance I was coming.

Avi, while not very knowledgeable, was very polite and seemed organized. I called, explained my problem and was informed that they could fix it. Bottom line is, after 2 days, they informed me that they just wouldn't fix my AC. The tech guy explained to me what I needed to do to fix it myself, which I did. Word to the wise, I'd suggest to have them run a diagnostic BEFORE they recharge your system. They like to just pump in the freon before testing for leaks or to see if your system even works properly, taking your $94 and if there was a problem charging more later. I watched this happen to at least 2 other customers (and myself) while I waited.
