Well I've just moved to the city and was having a hard time finding people I could go to consistently. Well that changed today, I happened to stop by on my way to the gym for a quote. Not only did the company have great prices but the best customer service you could ask for. They not only made sure I was acknowledged but went above and beyond to make sure I knew everything my car needed and what they could do to help and did this was all in a timely manner. I'll definitely be coming back and will recommend! Also the waiting room was very clean and welcoming.

I brought my vehicle in for a 60,000-mile service, which included multiple scheduled maintenance items as well as replacement of the front brake pads and rotors. The visit was very expensive. Less than three weeks later — and after driving fewer than 60 miles — my rear brakes began making loud grinding noises. I took the vehicle to another local shop, where I was told the rear brakes were ‘metal on metal’ and was shown photo documentation. When I called to express concerns about my safety and the impact on my vehicle’s value, the representative suggested another mechanical issue might be causing the wear. I confirmed that it was not the case. During the call, I was told they “don’t want customers like me” and the call was ended. Based on this experience, I am concerned about the thoroughness of the work performed, the poor communication, and the lack of professionalism and accountability in handling a legitimate safety concern.
