Called for a jump start. Was told the driver would call me and be here within in hour. 75 minutes later I haven't heard from the driver so I call the office. The dispatcher tells me they won't have anyone in my area for at least another hour. Horrible customer service. Plus they wanted $145 for a jump start. I will never use this company and I don't ever recommend them.

Thomas was my operator, he communicated with great explanations of what he was doing to prepare my truck to be towed to the shop. He was very pleasant, and was willing to take me to where i would be picked up. He even gave me insight on towning when i asked what he was doing play by play. He answered with no hesitation. He has great driving skills as well. God bless him and his journey."
