They've got great customer service. I went to the Smyrna location. The Manager Ms. Terry Brown was nice and sweet. And Mr. Hugh Dunn too, great guy to interact with. My experience with them was great. Thumbs up!!

When the driver got there he was great I have zero complaints about him whatsoever! If I could leave a review for 0 stars that’s what I would do but called and got a price to straighten up a shifted load an was given one price and after the service was done and the bill came it was $400 higher an the lady I spoke with said she messed up and gave the wrong price and still expected me to pay the higher price! I don’t think this is a good way to do things!

I would like to recognize Heather who answered my call in regards to my friend's missing car which was impounded by unknown tow company to us since friend was taken to Grady and was unconscious. She provided me with Cobb police department phone number and with other tow company's name where car was impounded and found. Heather went above and beyond to help us even though there was no financial benefit to her company. I highly recommend this company for having such great and courteous employees like Heather. Thank you so much.
