GREAT SERVICE! I had my car stop on the side of the highway so naturally I freaked out. I was lucky to get Chris from S&J to help me! He called me right before coming to help with my car to see what may actually be the problem. To explained it to me the best way for me to understand and what could my options. He was beyond patient with me while I try to navigate how to handle my car. These situations aren’t always easy and definitely adds on another layer of anxiety but once Chris arrived, hooked up my car and further explained my concerns, it felt like just another day with a small hurdle to handle. I thank Chris big time for being a calming presence. Even more so, understanding. If anything were to happen to my cars again, I will ensure that I use S&J again and ask for Chris!
