Best tow service ever!! I called 2 other tow companies that were closer but they didn't have anyone available to come out. My Tesla Model X was completely out of charge and I needed to be towed to the Metter Supercharger but it also needed a jump start to the 12V battery to be able to charge. Mr Wayne was very kind, very professional, and I appreciated his knowledge and expertise to get me rolling again! He even sat with me a little while to make sure that my car was actually charging up before he left!!

I was stuck in a huge mud hole on a dirt road. Between 12am and 3 am. NO ONE came to help me. It was excuse after excuse with everyone but these amazing people. They were patient and understanding of how scared I was. They made sure several times as to my location and made no excuses. Communication was excellent and his concern was me, not the money. The guy that came and towed me was an angel. He was calm, sweet, understanding, and so beyond helpful. When I had no one to help, these amazing humans did everything they could to make sure I was safe and got the help I needed. I will be forever thankful to them and what they did for me.

I was stuck in a muddy ditch on a Saturday morning. Called Dees, they answered on the second ring and knew exactly where I was. They dispatched a tow truck to me and in less than 10 minutes he showed up. Very professional and fast. The tow driver was very friendly and considerate. I hope you never need a tow service, but if you do I would definitely recommend Dees.
