Would not return even if 3rd time was the charm. Brought a 2006 Scion XB for power steering fix. Needed pump and belt...supposedly. Paid more than quoted by almost $100 the first trip. Left with squeaking belt. Called back and was told to grease the belt. Of course I asked if I should check my blinker fluid too, sarcastically. Within the week, it threw the power steering belt off and almost under drove the serp belt off for the other main accessories. Took it back and warranted for another new pump and belt. Paid again. Even tipped this time in hopes of a knowledgeable person completing the job correctly. Picked up car after they finished with now no squeaking belt but about $700 into labor with them. 2 weeks later it threw the belt again. I'd be the fool to come back again and waist more money. So I dug into fixing it myself. Couldn't screw up any more than they did. Come to find out the whole issue was due to a bent bracket that cost about $20 from Toyota. The pulley for power steering was eating into a steel bracket. Literally grooved it and was rubbing against it. Not entirely sure how they missed it twice. I saw it within the first 5min of having it on jack stands. They messed up the pulley on the new pump, replaced it again. Replaced the belt again. Replaced all the brackets. Have not had an issue since. It has now been many months. They even mixed fluid types without bleeding the rack. This was a case of being referred and didn't have the time to do it myself but I will make time before ever going back there again. Taken for a ride. Charged way too much for a job on a easy car they couldn't complete. Use this business at your own risk. Anyone that tells you to grease a belt should be working at McDonald's instead.
