Best body shop experience I’ve ever had, from exceptional customer service and communication by Ms. Montana, to the quality work performed by Mr. Durens team. Not sure how Ms. Montana keeps up with managing the office and customer care so well but she deserves to be recognized. I’d definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

I took my car here because they are Mercedes certified. David Minnick wrote up estimate and added more issues that were not seen by virtual estimate of insurance adjuster. My adjuster said they would adjust according to shop estimate. Shop estimate included new windshield, painting of hood and some more items. My car was there for 3 weeks no calls. When i called David , he was lost saying no windshield was on estimate and that he would get insurance adjuster to come back out. The 5th week i called and he said they were waiting on parts. 2 Days later i get a call from one the girls in front office saying my car was ready. After questioning her about the discrepancy in communication, she was lost also. Finally talked back to David and he said windshield was not put in because i hit a raccoon. Too funny. I have full coverage. All i needed was a phone call about what was being done and ordered for my car, i could have handled insurance company myself. instead, master body works fixed what insurance told them or what they wanted too then called and said my car was ready. Upon getting my car , no windshield replacement or hood painted as stated in masterbody works estimate. Horrible professionalism and communcation. Never again for me.
