Master Towing came and got me off busy I-85 south when my drive belt snapped. The driver was on time, friendly and good at his job. The price charged was also reasonable. I recommend this towing company!

I am not one to write reviews very often, but my experience with Master Towing was absolutely one of the best I have ever received from any service company. Mr. Goodman showed up about 15-20 minutes after i called him. The spare another company had put on my car was not tightened and on my way to the dealership, the spare had loosened until only one lug nut remained on the tire. Mr. Goodman was very knowledgeable when it came to my situation. We faced a few difficulties with hitching my car to the tow given that my tire would not roll properly. He was able to load my car onto the tow with ease. I rode with him to our drop off location, and he offered me water and we had such a nice conversation. He made me feel very safe and comfortable unlike many times in the past where i had felt uneasy being in the car with a total stranger. Turns out, the place we took my car was not able to fix my problem given that there were more issues with my car than we had initially thought. He patiently waited until i could find another shop that could fix my problem, and then took me there. His pricing was fair and affordable, although i would have paid him any amount with the outstanding service that he provided. He was so helpful, kind and professional. I refuse to use any other company other than Master Towing in the future and i have already recommended him to my family and friends.

My radiator failed on the highway. I checked with my insurance's towing company and a few local ones, but they all had 1+ hour wait times. I called here, exchanged a few texts, and Manjit (I think?) arrived in less than half an hour. Good conversation, polite, nice to my car, good price, etc. Will use them + recommend them to friends.
