We were charged $1,817.53 to replace two coolant hoses and 8 gallons of coolant on the roadside. After my shop technician disputed the charge for over 30 minutes, he managed to get the price reduced to $1,700.00. Trucking companies cannot stay in business with such a significant markup on parts. Today, I called back and spoke to the representative. As a business owner, I expressed that this pricing was unacceptable and that they should have communicated these costs before proceeding, as they were far above normal retail prices. The representative was polite and apologized. He mentioned that he addressed the technician's actions, as the technician had purchased parts without consulting us about the costs first. Initially, we were impressed with their call-out rate of $150.00 per hour, with a 2-hour minimum, which seemed reasonable for after-hours roadside service. However, the technician changed parts without our prior approval. As the truck owner, we should have the right to authorize any work done on our property. The service representative indicated that the 3/4" silicone coolant hose was priced at $25.00 per foot from Kenworth, and the technician installed 36 feet of it. If you decide to use this company, ensure that they shop around for parts or provide your own. Also, ask for an itemized breakdown on the invoice to know what you're paying for.

Amazing service on time and fast unfortunately i was needed to re do this review i put the review to fast be for service was completed . this company did tow may truck i pay $550 for 12 miles then they send me a tack to fix a simple thing i pay $650 for but he did not finish it all the way therefore i hold $100 for it in till he will finish the job now this company don't want to finish it after i pay them over $1300 for this service together
