Avoid! Called them first since they were close to my disabled vehicle. Dispatcher had extreme foreign accent that was difficult to understand. She quoted me $134 for a 5 mile tow but tried charging $1034!! She tried to say that's what she quoted but I canceled. My vehicle was a mid-sized Honda SUV, not a pricey sports car or Escalade. Very misleading or highly questionable bait and switch business practices. I went with Southside Towing who got there in 20min and charged $180.

Called to get a quote and to see if they'd be able to tow my vehicle. I was told to fill out a questionnaire via link through text and submit it and I would record a call back within 2 - 5 minutes after I submitted everything. I did just that....I never got a call back and had to reach out to another towing company Parkers, they were GREAT. I'd use them and not waste your time waiting on a call back for some quotes from B&K towing.

Said they would be here in 30-60 minutes-they collected a fee, and it's now 90 minutes before they will be here. I hired them b/c of shorter wait time on a holiday weekend. When I complained, they said there is no cancellation refund. ? Don't call these guys.
