I was beyond impressed with D&B Automotive! You don't spend much time thinking about a mechanic until you need one. But then I did and right away. Not only was Zakk super responsive (on the weekend, no less), he was the kind of professional you hope to get - fully knowledgeable, honest, and dependable. They don't try to upsell you or get you to do anything you don't need. I was able to get my car repaired promptly this morning and there is NO WHERE THAT COULD HAVE BEAT THEIR PRICE! I felt like they actually cared about what was going on and even showed me what was the problem with my car. I didn’t feel like I was being mislead or taken advantage of because I was a woman or just uneducated with vehicle repairs. They go the extra mile and make you feel like family.
